The meeting rooms can be set up and equipped with the latest audiovisual equipment. Our catering manager will be happy to assist you in coordinating any tipe of requirements for your meetings and catering.

RECEIVINGS

All packages should be sent to the attention of the event name and hotel's head reception Manager.

Keep in mind that limited spaces are avalaible for storage of large items, and please time shipping to the date of your arrival. Shipping of post-conference staff can be coordinated with our hotel's receptionist Manager.

PARKING

A parking area and garage will be a disposal of the guest.
